It's odd that there aren't more 3D platformers on the system. Mario 64 DS proved it could be done, but no one else has really bothered. The DS has strategy, RPG, and puzzle games in spades, but I think it could use a few more high-caliber action titles in its library
I instinctively avoid Hong Kong sellers on ebay like the plague. However, I recently purchased Advance Wars 2 CIB from a seller in the states, and when it arrived I saw very quickly that it was a fake (a pretty good one, but a fake none-the-less). I sat on it for a couple weeks before sending the seller a message telling him that I knew the game was a bootleg and that I was going to leave him negative feedback if he didn't do something about it. Another week or so went by with no response, so I made good on my promise. The next day he contacted me and offered me a refund if I removed the feedback. I agreed, and now I'm waiting to see how this pans out. Even if I wanted to remove the feedback (which I don't), I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be able to.

Of the meagar selection of games available right now, Aquia and Dr. Mario Express are the only games I've downloaded. So those are my favorites. I'm looking forward to the other Art Design games coming down the pike, but I wonder how far the DSiWare will go with its original content.
Although I would probably buy an RE2 port if Capcom made it available, I have to wonder how many times we can all play the same game. I'd rather see something different - maybe in the style of RE4 using an engine similar to what was used in Brothers in Arms DS. How about an RE4-ified RE2? I've been dreaming about that for years . . .
I don't think any game is worth a perfect 10, but the DS games that come close IMO would be New Super Mario Bros, Henry Hatsworth, and GTA CW. Oh, and probably Advance Wars: Dual Strike
I've been considering getting this game, mainly because I've been craving a good Diablo-style dungeon crawler. Can you recommend it? On topic though, the last two games I purchased were Henry Hatsworth in the Puzzling Adventure (
