i say if you want braids, get 'em. nevermind anybody else's opinions.
just make sure you take care of 'em. your hair doesn't have to be super long, but it depends on the texture and such as to how well it can be done. depending on how tight you get 'em, your head might be sore for a few days. i haven't had braids in a while but i loved 'em cuz you don't really have to do a lot with it. just maybe wear a scarf or somethin at night to keep the hair from getting all messed upjacintos09
