I think you guys are right about not being friends after this. I can't lose her

friendship so I will stay with her and see what happens. She has no idea I feel this way.

Maybe it is just a funk or something that I'm going through.

The situation is delicate in the sense that I want to remain friends with her, but just don't see a future with her anymore. I think it has run it's course. I know we are both going to be hurt and I don't want to hurt her too much.

We have been together three years.

There isn't another girl (she's already taken) and I would just like to keep the friendship because we have been through a lot and I think that bond is strong enough to survive.

What do you do?

I find this changes all the time. Right now it's Grant Lee Philips and the lads he's with.

While some of it is really good, i can't say that it has ever been my favourite musical genre.

Political correctness has become a joke. You can't do anything without offending some group today.

I didn't really care until you suggested that reading books are somehow a greater use of your time. Books are an inferior medium. They hammer language into your head with little personal response. The consistently cerebrally demanding nature of videogames is far more likely to nuture your brain, which is really all you ask out of a non-physical recreational activity. If anyone tells you otherwise, they are liars too caught upon the past to see the blatant truth right before their eyes.Oilers99

I can't agree with this statement.  It's also surprising to be coming from someone that claims to be a writer.

Any book with some meat to it will get you to think like the best conversations.  To say that it offers little personal

response belittles your own ability to think.
