Well i just realised that i havent posted a blog for a while now so i figured id update everyone about everything that ive been up to since my last post... well maybe not everything but you'll get the general idea. moving on.

Well my last post i mentioned that i was excited about ME2 and that was a complete understatment as i now beleive it to be one of the best games of all time. it may have lacked the story of #1 but it more than makes up for it with it technical and graphical supriority, its fun and engaging combat and its loveable and memorable characters. a surprising twist... for me anyway was the purchasing of borderlands. i hadnt known much about this game beforehand, but had seen quite a few people on my friends list spending a great deal of time playing it. So i asked around a bit and got good feedback so i decided to go to my local video ezy and rent a copy. and what i found was a game that was completely beyond my preconceptions. it is without a doubt the most addictive game i have ever played. and when you get with 3 others in a lag free game you can easily lose hours of your day playing it. so i picked up a copy and since then i have enjoyed endless time on the planet pandora.

On another happpy note, since the the season started(im the goalie for the metro soccer club reserves) i have not let a single goal through, that being8 games and counting the 6 games final games last season thats makes a total of 14 games with out a score against. and we are currently on a win streak of 5 (our 2nd and 3rd games were draws), but i should go on about in case i jinx myself lol.

On a slightly sadder note (depending on how you look at it) i have decided that MW2 is possibly the worst multiplayer game i have ever played. theshere amount of glitches that keep popping up (the javelin, the carepackage and the elevator for starters), all the boosters that just spend the entire game killing eachother in the hopes of getting nukes. the constant and infuriating lag that all aussies have to endure and the aweful matchmakeing system that sees so many people booted from a game for no reason while the people they were with are allowed to stay in the game. Infinity ward has said that they will be fixing all these problems, and to their credit they did fix the javelin and carpackage glitches, but i personally beleive that the game should never have been released with all these problems in the first place and it shouldn't need fixing at all.

Well today is the 26th of January, which means that it is Australia Day. To all Australians out there, have a great day! to everyone else... HAHA! we get the day off! :P

But this also brings up another point. Mass Effect 2. it is coming out in just 2 short days, it will be a thursday, today is tuesday so...

I'M SO EXCITED... AND I JUST CAN'T HIDE IT... IM ABOUT TO LOSE CONTROL AND I THINK I LIKE IT!

today i finished paying for Mass Effect 2 CE and now i have to wait for it to come out. :(

but this also leaves me with a conundrum. how much will i be able to play it before my girlfriend starts to think im obsessed? and how will i be able to go back to work knowing that it is waiting for me to play it some more. :?

ive got it! i break up with her and quit my job! that will solve all my problems! (jokes)

*sigh* why must life be so complicated? *sigh again* :roll:

Well 2010 is sure to be a great year for games and i have alot of games im excited for but i do have a budget i must pay attention to. So ive made a list of games that i will be wanting to get and these are in order from most wanted to least wanted:

1. Mass Effect 2

2. Aliens vs Predator

3. Red Dead Redemption

4. Crackdown 2

5. Lost Planet 2

6. Bioshock 2

7. Dead Rising 2

8. Mafia 2

9. Alpha Protocol

10. Brink

Alot of sequals as you can see. Rage would be on the list (and fairly high up too) but i have no ideaif it will be out in 2010.

well its now 2010. not much is different from last year so far. besides the fact that this will be the best few monthes ever with Mass Effect 2, Aliens vs Predator AND red dead redemption on the way. the problem is, is that i have no idea how i gonna afford all the great games i want this year. i have no idea what my new years resolution is but i guess i will try to figure something out and go along with it. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! :D

this is about sport. specifically AFL. I cant beleive that the Bulldogs actually got desperate enough to take Barry Hall. i mean afterall why would they want to mess their team up like that. they have been getting closer and closer to the grand final for years now so why get someone who is just going to give their club as bad a name he gave to the Swans.

and if Fevola wants some advice about not acting up and embarresing himself and his club in public, here it is: STOP F***** DRINKING, DUMB A**! that would solve everything and maybe then theBlues wouldnt of wanted to get rid of him so much.
