Not gonna lie I'm pretty underwhelmed with this demo. It looks like a destiny clone. That is definitely NOT what bioware is known for making. Hey it's a new IP so fine they can do what they want. Maybe it will be good. But with Mass Effect now on an unofficial hold for the foreseeable future, until EA figures out what to do with it, it looks like the Bioware RPGs as I have loved from them in the past are officially dead. I just pray this game has heavy story content and can be played solo.
Dear god would people shut the hell up about the animation already. That's not something that can be fixed with a simple patch and it only ruins the experience if you have OCD or something. This game is not going to be Witcher 3. CD projekt red is a self sustained developer they can afford to wait and release a game when its ready. EA unfortunately controls Bioware and they have to make decisions on what to focus more time on and what not to in order to make the publishers ridiculous deadlines. Everyone is freaking out about this on the internet yet for some reason no one takes notice of other companies like Bethesda for example that has basically been using the same freakin game engine in their games since oblivion came out. This animation thing is not that big of a deal. I can't wait to play the game because regardless of some facial animation I know that everything else, what I actually care about (good story / characters / gameplay) is going to be amazing. I feel sorry for all the people that are having a hissy fit over this and won't be able to enjoy it.
Sooo.... I have origin access. How exactly do I access andromeda??? I look under early trials in my origin launcher and it gives me the option to play battlefield 1 early access but andromeda just says "learn more". Anyone know what da hail is wrong?

I am blind apparently.... just had to find the game in my libarary and on the side it says trial is available... (face palm)
@zerohournow: Microsoft pay you to suck them off? I'm no idiot when it comes to computers and it sure as hell is a little more than "intrusive". The average person would have absolutely no way of realizing they could disable it, which is exactly what Evil Corp wants because then they get to push their crappy new os on to thousands of pcs without the users permission.
@SirNormanislost: same thing happened to me few months ago and I didn't activate shit. I'm no fool with computers, I knew the damn thing kept asking me to update but I never once touched it. I was in the middle of shooting terrorist scum in R6 siege when my pc suddenly shut down and restarted to install windows 10. So sick of Evil Corp and this kinda bs. If I wasn't so addicting to gaming I would go to a different os, linux perhaps.
additional hardware is going to be required for any fuller immersive experiences, at least for the time being in VR's current infancy. I'm looking forward to the virtuix though, combination with oculus and oculus touch controllers, gonna be amazing.
@gamingdevil800 I wanted to like Inquisition so badly. It had a really good feeling to it, felt like a more personal journey that I could get invested in. I've leaned toward mass effect more so than dragon age but I still enjoyed those games, mostly the first one, but Inquisition felt like a single player MMO with the way you played the game. There was nothing grabbing about the gameplay or quests. Tried to push through it but the quests were just too dull. The fact they are brining the mako back for this new mass effect really filled me with hope... but I'm just not so sure anymore
Mass Effect is one of my favorite game series' of all time... all these people leaving the team is really not filling me with much confidence on the quality of the new game. I can only hope they are leaving after they completed their part on the game and aren't leaving mid production because of some major behind the scenes issues. Writers/ editors I would assume have the most contributions in the early development cycle of a game... so lets just hope they are leaving because they simply want to and have completed what they were needed for. ... at least that's what I will be telling myself as I eagerly await the release of this game.
Prior to this movies release I had heard nothing about it one way or another good or bad. All the experience I had with it was the one time that I saw a trailer for it in my local theater. It didn't look very good from the trailer and when it was released I wasn't surprised it did horribly in sales.... Perhaps instead of blaming every reviewer out there and shifting the blame from himself, he should just accept that his movie is just another john carter cgi crapfest clone. Movie goers have seen enough of that crap and are tired of it.... that's why your movie performed horribly.... not because of reviews.
