I would think that England would win due to a larger population, and therefore I assume a larger military force. I also understand that England is the wealthiest region, which helps.

I don't think it is because, when the swine flu was going around, my school told us to wash our hands for the lenght it took you to sing the happy birthday song twice.

I'm guessing he's asking us how many hours we put into a game. Mine would probably be TF2, I had to put about 110 hours into that, loved every minute of it.
