Hmm, it can hear people and "can detect 25 joints between six people at any given time and recognize who is using the controller" among other things...I forsee M$ implementing individual user liscenses. It will only allow the person to whom the game is registered to play it. Anyone else will have to pay an additional fee or it will shut down. They've already talked about doing this with movies, e.g. you play a movie liscensed for two people, a third one walks in, the movie stops and prompts to pay an additional fee.
People, I hate to say it, but they are absolutely correct about us emulating games. Ever since I played Mario Brothers as a kid, now everytime I see a brick cube above me I complusively smash my head into it thinking coins will come out. I've had hundreds of concussions...life is hell. If giving the govenment more control of our lives will prevent innocent kids from smashing turtles, eating mushrooms, saving princesses, or randomly entereing peoples houses in search of new quests, then I say go for it.
