did you plug it into the proper PC port? The pastel green hole?

do you listen on your headphones through the front of the PC on a regular basis? have you had any problems?

those are the only things I can think of.

I also have a Wii and a 360 and I play a ton of PC games. You feel the 360 has a ton of great games but to be honest I haven't played anything new on it since I bought rainbow 6. You like Guitar Hero 2 but I am not really interested in playing it.

I have been playing SPM and Godfather for the Wii and those have been cool. Obviously, I want the Wii to come out with some more really good games but it isn't like the 360 has anything good- everything is being pushed back.

Bioshock, Mass Effect, Two Worlds, all pushed back time and again. Some people like Graw2 and guitar Hero 2 so those are something but right now it looks like all the big games for the 360 are going to come out during the holiday season (might be the same for the Wii).

I don't think it is a Wii thing or a 360 thing, I think it's just this year is kind of screwey. I'm hoping, though, that the Wii has a few strong games this summer- hopefully Metroid comes out.

I'm not trying to say which brand is better but I can vouch for Westinghouse. I have a 37 inch 1080p and the thing is great. I use it for a monitor, a TV sometimes, and for my 360 and it has no issues. I'm sure there are better TV's but for $1000.00 this TV is solid, especially for true 1080p. Actually Alienware offers this same TV as their top monitor upgrade...although for $400 more than I bought mine off Newegg.

I believe it is actually going both ways. They are gaining support because of their huge sales numbers but losing some support because of the Wii's graphical limitations. It's going to be interesting to see how things play out over the next few years. The Wii controls have a lot of potential and it will be cool to see what some devs come up with.

The graphics prevent anything like Gears, Bioshock, or Mass Effect from coming to the Wii.

If I were to make a prediction the Wii will take on a niche of it's own and won't really be directly competing with the 360 and PS3 (which is actually what Nintendo was aiming for). They will share some games but for the most part the Wii will have it's own unique library. Nintendo just has to hope enough games of quality are released.

The future of the Wii loks bright but it could still go either way. They have 07 on lock especially when they unleash their big 3 in time for Christmas. It'll be 08 that probably makes or breaks the Wii.

Actually this year has been quiet for all consoles.

Wii has Super Parer Mario as a big title so far. 360 has GRAW 2 but nothing else really big. PS3 has nothing released since launch that can be considered a big time game. And let's be honest SPM and GRAW2 are minor big games.

The PC has been strong with Stalker, Supreme Commander, and C&C 3.

This year just hasn't been strong for anything, you can't just say it's the Wii.

I have been playing a lot more lately. I don't really rent games so I am careful about what I buy and there wasn't a lot that appealed to me since launch. For the past couple of months I wasn't really playing but I just picked up Super Paper Mario and Godafther and have been playing everyday. I even went back and beat Zelda about a week ago.

I have a 360 and haven't really been playing that at all. I downloaded the Monster Madness demo but since I got tired of Gears and Rainbow I haven't really played since late Feb.

I have been playing Stalker for the PC in the meantime. Not a lot out this year so far for any of the systems...PC has been the strongest by far and I have the Wii coming in second.

I haven't seen the transparent walls either. I have been able to see the silouhette of enemies behind brick walls which is obviously a bug but it doesnt happen every time so it doesnt really bother me that much.

I love the game actually and don't notice the enemy AI being particularly horrible. I have been flanked a few times and they take cover well. The monsters do their thing and don't behave the same as the soldiers. Good enough for my taste.

Quake 2. I tried playing that because it came with Quake 4 and I couldn't get into it. I'm not a big graphics guy and love playing classics but that game looked too ugly.

I love all these pirates with their beat up computers talking about the game. Maybe if you spent a little more time learning how to put a PC together and a little less time stealing you would have a better experience with games. Dirty thief.
