I don't claim to have vast knowledge on this topic. In fact, I'm willing to admit that I'm borderline ignorant when it comes to business and economics. Still, I'm aware of the fact that "results" are only part of what matter. Social capital is huge - connections, people/speaking skills, being attractive, etc.
Results matter, yes, but they aren't 'what matters'; you also need to play golf with the right people.
You do understand that that is part of getting results right? The CEO from company A personally knowing the CEO from company B.

equal chance does not mean equal outcome, the fact that there are women CEOs shows that there is equal chance.
What you want is equal outcome which is bad for the planet. (look how good that worked for russia)
I fail to see how the fact that we have some women CEOs shows that there's EQUAL chance. Looking at this objectively, this only shows that there is A CHANCE.
If there wasn't an equal chance, there wouldn't be any female ceos
Also more proof that women are their own enemies, not men. Men are not nearly as picky of how women look as other women are.

Well, let me clarify. Each man has his own personal taste and will typically not deviate from that. Men as a whole do not care how women look. We have spend too much time checking out hotties to be worried about all the uglies out there.
