I guess I'll be the first to say no.

I completely agree that Pun's flow is very good and often great throughout the album, but I've always believed he's overrated for his punchlines, many of which I honestly don't think pack much of a punch. I don't want to get carried away with it, because I like Pun, but I just don't bump his material as much as many others do.

I respect the "yes" votes, because they are very much defendable, but I'll settle on no.

I definitely feel he is underrated, only because his punchlines are often clever and harbor a second meaning.

That said, though, he needs to revert to his old self. I feel like his progression has been stagnant for a while; in fact, I'd go so far as to say he has regressed. MM4 was lackluster, and 5 & 6 are abominations. I'll give 7 a listen, with the hope that he manages to bring back his old form.

The Internet Nerds tracks are great, btw. Very creative.

I thought he peaked with MM4. It was really good. 5 and 6 weren't bad, they just weren't up to par with previous ones. They both had tracks that I liked and some that were so so. I have yet to listen to MM7 completely, but so far I like what I hear.

I couldn't stand 5 or 6; I honestly couldn't pick out more than two or three tracks in total that I liked off them. I thought his peak was at MM3 - that album is stacked with bangers; 'Nothin' But Lies', 'Failure's Not An Option', 'Ima Playa Fasho' and 'Rain' being my favorites.

MM2 was my favourite IMO, almost no skippable tracks in that. MM3 comes next, it ended really nicely too.

Yeah, I definitely feel MM2 and MM3 can be considered neck-and-neck. That was the Cham I used to appreciate, he needs to find a way to bring back that skill.

how so?

*waits for nakin to bring his "wu-tang is real hip-hop and defines it" argument to the table*

Only Built for Cuban Linx to many would be overdone thug music but that album defines 90's Hip Hop for me along with The Infamous.

Cuban Linx isn't Thug music. It's Mafioso which is totally different. Overdone Thug music is nonsense like 50 Cent, 2pac, and Ace Hood.

Wow, nice. You and I both know that there is a difference between thug and mafioso. Orlando and I had a long debate about it a while back.

Lando, it's 2-1. :D
