Myself, I always use a wait and see approach to new devices. If it proves itself to add value to my experience, then yes, I'll probably pick it up. But right now I can already do everything they're shooting for with a Windows PC, so it doesn't have any 'wow' appeal.
@nazart81 When have reviews of products ever been disassociated from the human experience? Yes, a specific review may not reflect the opinion of every other specific individual, but the writing and explanation of why a specific individual experienced a product a certain way is certainly insightful.
@AcousticSoul20 I don't think moderation should limit angry expression about game mechanics, games in general, etc. People should be welcome to vocally dislike certain aspects of gaming. But hate speech towards specific individuals and specific individuals for holding unpopular opinions should be discouraged.
Controllers are a tough product to master. I will likely end up picking up either a PS4 or XOne controller for PC this coming year, but if the Steam controller can compete with that, I'll consider it.
