My PS3.. Coming Soon.

After spending most of the afternoon and evening completing 21 offers, I will be receiving my very own Sony Playstation 3 w/20gb HDD and two games of my choice (Silver Bundle) in about two weeks.

While one of my X360s will be in McAllen, TX being repaired for about two weeks, I will be playing Resistance: Fall of Man and Virtua Fighter 5/Ridge Racer 7. ;)

I received Crackdown today. It was shipped overnight and got here super fast! Why does it now appear on my gamercard? Because both my X360s are busted.




Yesterday I called Microsoft about my two broken X360s The farthest I got with with CS was a reference number. Why just a reference number? X360 support said the Service Center wasn't open. I was told to call back today, which I did. At the time I didn't mind so much.So I called them around 3:30pm CST and I'm told I'll have to call back because their "system was updating." Sooooo I've called them back not even an hour ago and they said they are still updating or something... I don't know what. Awesome. I was told I will have to call back in 24 hours. Son of a...

Now I've somehow misplaced SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Fireteam Bravo 2 for my PSP. It's not like the time I managed to lose my Ninentdogs: Chihauhau & Friends DS cart, (to this day I still don't know where it is), I misplaced the whole darn thing. I hope it turns up. I haven't even played it yet.

SOCOM US Navy SEALs Fireteam Bravo 2 was a gift from my girlfriend and that makes it hurt all the more.

EDIT: I found it. :)

It blows, sucks and stinks that both of my XBOX 360 consoles are are getting the 3 flashing red lights on the ring of light. One of them is under an extended 2-yeare warranty and one is not.



What really stinks is that Crackdown comes out in only a few days. Damn.

I'll be calling Microsoft support back first thing tomorrow morning so I can get the ball rolling on getting my consoles fixed.

(I had typed up something much longer but I lost it when my computer locked up while watching the 02/15/07 episode of On The Spot on my VLC media player. D'oh! )

I still can't believe it but toy manufacturer Hot Toys has finally done it. They've created a 1:6 scale version of the Powerloader from James Cameron's film Aliens. Sideshow Collectibles will be distributing it soon.

There's nothing like having a job that sucks the very life from your soul!

I'm thinking of getting a new job anyway. But I don't want to quit my current job unless I have something lined up.

I've actually been looking at Game Informer, which is right here in Minneapolis. I have nothing to lose applying or talking to Editor-in-Chief Mr. McNamara. Either way I'd like to take some journalism classes.



My dream is to work at Gamespot.

The Crackdown demo is out and I've played it alot. I mean alot.

Now I'm sick of it. Now if I just wait until the finished game is in my X360 I should be fine.

Today I've started playing a couple of old (read: original) Xbox games which is why you may not see any new info at 360voice.com or xbox.com. (As if any of you actually check this out).


Forza Motorsport. This is the first time I've played this game at any length. This is really a great game! Totally worth the $15 I payed for it used at Blockbuster. It reminds me of PGR3. The graphics and gameplay still hold up after all this time. It's alot of fun to play! I've been going through the Free Training... I'm really liking the Porsche 911 Turbo. Nice ride.


Urban Chaos. I've played this a little bit, but not enough. Nope, not nearly enough. I can't wait to hot smo' hockey mask-wearing fools in the dome, yo. Straight-up smoked! Seriously!


I've also been busy playing a certain X360 demo over and over and over again. I cannot wait for this game to come out next month. Oh, don't worry, I've got it pre-ordered.
