I ordered my nunchuck from Nintendo Canada (through the official website) a few weeks back and it only took a few days to arrive despite the warning that popped up of possible delays.  I don't know if they're still selling them or if you can get them through Nintendo America but it's worth a try.  Definately less frustrating than trying to find them in stores.

I love Monkey Ball.  I think many of the criticism comes from people who don't give it enough of a chance.  Yes it's hard but it's fun too.  The main game is better than any other Monkey Ball game imo.  The wii-mote controlls are flawless and very intuitive.  I like to take turns on the single player with my husband rather than play by myself.  It lowers the frustration level somewhat.  We're on the last world and yes it is freakin hard.  As for the mini-games, yeah there are a lot that suck but there are also lots that are really fun if you give them a chance.  Some take a few tries to get used to the controlls.  If you have extra nunchucks monkey wars is really fun along with monkey squash and a few others.  There are also good games just for the wii-mote like monkey ball racing, snowboarding, baseball, the two space themed shooters and many others.  You just have to be patiant enough to weed through the bad to get to the good.  I must admit we had a ton of fun laughing at how horrible we were at some of the poorly made games.

I'm 70 hours in and I just finished the sky temple.  I'm really thourough though.  I also like to stretch out the gameplay as much as possible.  I could spend hours just riding around on horseback or fishing.   I have all the bugs, 18 full heart containers and 50 poe souls.    I would never play with a guide.  My favorite part of any Zelda game is exploring everything.

I think it's a pretty fun game - no wii sports but fun nonetheless.  I play pool and air hockey against my husband all the time.  It's simple but can be kind of addicitve if you have someone to play it with.   You can always sell the wii-mote and keep the game.

i beat it in an hour and a halfShaz123

Did you play all the elephant games, and unlock all the micro games? Cause if not there's a lot more to do.  The way I look at it is that the first time you play it through it works like a tutorial to teach you all the forms and accustom yourself to the gameplay.  There's so much more to it after the first credit roll.

I started smoking in High School at the tender age of 14 because all my friends did.  I quit during my first year of college (not an easy feat and during finals no less).  I've been smoke free now for 5 years.  I think it's a pretty disgusting habbit though I do get the occasional craving now and then.

How can I be the only one who chose ALTTP?  They are all amazing of course, but this one exudes such classic Zelda goodness.  IMO it's the best game of all time.

Yep with monkey ball I did actually through my controller alot of times...(wrist strap FTW)

And pounded it against my bed using the wrist strap to swing it :)

Let me guess you facing the squid? But when you finally beat the game its great!

nintendogamer6

That squid was insane.  I thought I was going to suffer a stress-induced coronary.  Great game though.
