its a good question, but i don't want to end up buying a half version of something, if i got the pc version atleast i wouldnt be worried about the xbox mash up.
i have been told that the half-life 2 version is a rehashed version of the xbox one with improved textures. any thoughts? oh and why is half-life 2 stuck at 30fps on the xbox 360? it should be 60fps.
thats a shame, i remember last year when the playstation3 60GBS were stacking up, now they are all gone? you would figure they would just buy all of the 40GB ones.
it would be easy, think about only working with one chipset, and what other consoles are you talking about? crysis just happens to utilize the nvidia gpu that the playstation 3 is using. crysis should be a snap. developers just dont wanna take the time to mess with the hardware, they want the game out and about on the platforms and that is why the playstation3 always has the worst version of the mutlplatform version of the game. if the developers took the time, it would look so much better.
i have not played a pokemon game in ages. but it was around when i was maybe 10-11 in that age range when i started to play pokemon red. don't care too much for it now tho.
really, the xbox 360 seems like a steal at this point. but i wouldn't buy it for just halo 3, i am having a good time with mine. but i am scared of teh RROD!
uh, timesplitters 2 and future perfect do alot of justice in mutlplayer offline, unreal championship 2 is pretty decent in offline aswell. not sure if farcry has bots or not i don't remember. its really a shame you cannot play Halo with bots. but its really hard to think of offline multplayer games, the timesplitters series will do you justice and so will unreal championship 2. i guess you could try jet set radio future? i think it has 4 player split screen action?
the best fighting game for a noob? thats a tough one.
you have the mortal kombat series, then you have the soul calibur series, then you have virtua fighter, then you have guilty gear, um marvel vs capcom 2 and capcom vs snk . there is alot of king of fighters games too. and street fighter games. just type in street fighter ps2. you never know, you might find some treasures in fighting games. then there is the tekken series. i can't really think of anything else, and alot of the dragonball z fighting games seem to be doing ok.
the playstation3 doesn't seem to have that many heating problems from what i've heard. and i still have not heard any playstation 3's failing too much ether. there is a video somewhere on qj.net that showed a playstation3

i would get it for the computer, but the playstation3 has so much hardware to be utilized, its a shame people can't just port PC games so easy. i guess i will just wait.
