That game is real? After seeing all those joke games in their office I didn't think "Demonik" would be real lol.

yeah demonik was real, clive barker is the one who designed it but sold the rights to it i supose, he pretty much ditched it. that game would of flopped anyway, and grandmas boy almost had nothing to do with games, it was all focused on Partying and getting stoned, that movie is shameful to the gaming community. all those people in that movie are cheesy.

i know, i really wanted to play Haze. now its going to be even more pointless due to timesplitters 4. i don't know which one i want, i am kind of glad it got delayed. it won't flop so badly atleast.

I'm looking forward to picking up a PS2 on black Friday at EB/GS, and I want to get the best story driven games, so I thought I'd turn to this community.

Could you share with my your top 5 or 10 story driven games (as opposed to say, your favorite action or racing games). My favorite PC games have been the Witcher, Thief 3, and Dark Messiah, all of which had very compelling story lines to back up good gameplay. On the Wii, I am playing Killer 7- chiefly because the story is compelling me to figure out what the hell is going on :)

in my opinion you should get Deus EX for the ps2. that is, if you can find it. it should be at EB/GS. its one of the best story driven games i have ever played. you get to make your own path in this video game. all of the characters in this dark and compelling world make you feel like your apart of something, it doesn't have the best controls. but this is a game that has good replay value to the bitterend. give the game a chance, and you will be rewarded with a exciting and unique experience unlike any game you've played before. oh and i supose psychonauts works.

I borrowed it from a friend and I didn't like it to be honest.

Try it out though, you might like it.

for some reason in reign over me, that guy was playing shadow of the colossus on a projector, i wish movies wouldn't put games in it for no reason.

in shawn of the dead, some dude was playing timesplitters 2.

on Nanny 911 TV, i saw kids play Halo :lol:

In the Sarah Silverman program, they played gears of war or halo 3. no point once so ever to even show the boxart to those games.

in snakes on a plane, that one kid was playing a flying video game, i dont know if it was ace combat or not.

whatever the reason, people need to stop throwing games into those scenes. it gets on my nerves to the bitterend

Edit .i remember this one COMPLETELY pointless scene in Inside Man where the robber walks up to this kid and plays a game that was nevermade it was some GTA rip off that looked completely unplayable and annoying, it was terrible graphics. and made no sense.

According to IGN the Guitar Hero III controller is not compatible with Rock Band. It was believed by many, including IGN, to work.

So, it is not possible to have four people play together, unless you want to buy another Rock Band bundle.

Hopefully they fix this immediately after launch. What are your thoughts?

episode one and two have the graphics, but half-life 2 is somewhat of a regular xbox game with some updates for the 360 anyway, thats one thing i don't like.
