There are so many good JPN imports.
I fell in love with Ouendan.

Ouendan (If you hate Elite Beat Agents, DON'T buy this! No English, but very playable.)
Eyeshield 21 Max Devilpower (JPN take on American football. Best football game on a portable. It really blends a JPN sty le. This is well worth a try! No English, give it 15 minutes and you'll know what you are doing. However, story mode will be completely unplayable.)
JUMP Ultimate Stars (The sequel to Jump Superstars. No English, unplayable without a translation guide. If you like this type of game, it is definitely worth the buy.)
Theme Park DS (EA game, just like the old skool Theme Park game. Game features English!)
Ochaken no Henya DS 2 (Cutesy dog game. Anime type graphics. Reminds me of Nintendodogs. No English. Wouldn't recommend unless you played and liked the first.)
Hiite Utaeru DS Guitar M-06 (Guitar Simulator type game. Plays chords, a neat little tech demo. But is worth the import? Not so much...)

Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters World Championship 2007 (If you like Yu-Gi-Oh, you will likely enjoy this game. Features English!)
Mogitate Tingle no Barairo Rupee Land (Tingle from Zelda gets his own game? This looks interesting!)
Unou no Tatsujin Soukai Machigai Museum 2 (Spot the difference game. I heard good things about. If I am not mistaken, I believe it was shown on Gamespot Presents: On the Spot)
Bleach 2nd Kokui Hirameku Requiem (If you liked the first, you'll probably like the 2nd!)
Atsumare! Power Pro Kun no DS Koushien (A JPN baseball game that looks quite promising.)
