Damn my PS3 did the same thing I still got the black background when its night time but in the morning time it use to be blue but now its purple:evil:and it gets on my damn nerves!!!!!!!!!!

Change the month on your system settings. August is blue and September is purple. I like March cause it is green. I tried using wallapers, but then I couldnt see any of the icons. I would recommend just change the month on the system every soften to the color of your liking.

Otherwise, i'd been looking for a Samsung, which is about 400-500$ more for the same size.

I would never buy this TV. If you look on the Internet at reviews you will see why. The latency really effects your TV experience. The picture will look blurred on movement.

Every website will tell you 35 inch and under LCD TV. 35 inch and above Plasma Tv. Google - LCD vs Plasma?

I had a LCD with a 6ms response time and it still had ghosting or blurriness.

Also I wouldn't buy a anything at best buy. There return policy and extended warranties are all lies.

Circuit City is a great place to shop. I would recommend buying a panasonic or pioneer plasma tv.

I just got my new EGM in the mail yesterday. They gave Bioshock three 10s- a perfect score. I've read this magazine since it came out. I only remember this happening like once in the last 10 years. If it is really that good I will definately buy it. I just wanted some gamers opinions and not a magazine editor or reviewer.fanboy999

I bought Bioshock and regret it now. At first I thought this game totally deserved a 9.0 rating from gamespot. But after beating the game I feel like it deserves a 7.0. This game gets really repetitive and the enemies are so similar. I am not going to spoil the storyline but I thought it was absolutely terrible. I have no desire to play this game ever again.

I would recommend renting this game. It is one of those games you play to pass the time until Halo 3 comes out and then for the big one : The Orange Box.

I decided not to get any more FPS on consoles after having a top end pc for the last 3 years. I have gotten so used to keyboard and mouse, that I cannot stand the controls on the controller. Plus when a fps shooter is release on the pc and console, the pc game looks like it from the future because of the huge graphics advantage.

But Halo is a classic and was the reason I bought a xbox back in the days. Halo 3 will be the only 360 fps I most likely will buy, just because it is not available on the pc yet.
