5. Macs have fewer viruses because hackers don't design them to target Macs because Macs are a much smaller market share. Macs are actually less well protected in the event that hackers decide to start targeting them.

7. Perhaps true, but I've always had better experiences with Dell support than with Apple (iPod) support. In any case, customer support isn't a feature of the product itself.

The gatorade bottle thing in lieu of the restroom thing I think many of us have done but probably the most different was I tried peeing into a pair of thick socks once because I didn't want to leave my room but it didn't work out that well.
