It is frivolous law suits like this that create a "money suck" for the developers of the games we all enjoy. In the end, we all pay for it, by paying more for games and systems, or because the games are not as good as they could be. (The same principleoccursin nearly every industry in America.) Even if he doesn't win, defending lawsuits costs a fortune.

I agree. I would recommend Ender's Game to just about anyone, but the sequels and series off-shoots, I wouldn't recommend, unless you're into space opera.

I am ultimately driven by the same subconscious desire that drives every living and breathing human being: Sleep. I work hard at my job everyday, so that it makes me tired, and I can come home and sleep. I study, read, watch movies, and play Xbox to make my eyes tired, so I can sleep. I participate in sports, exercise everyday....... You get the point. ;)
