when i connect with my router using an ethernet port, it takes like 5 minutes to load up google, when i hook it up to the modem (which im doin now) its fine.
and its not an ethernet problem cuz i tried different ethernet cords.
so obviously this is a router problem, what can I do?
like wat i did for warmups?? i did high knees, butt kickers, lunges,It may be due to overuse of the muscel due to what you did before. OR you may have strained the muscel.

maybe it was dehydration, it was sunnier yesterday but last week i played basketball for 2 hours, then one hour later i did stairs, my legs didnt really feel fatigued or anything yesterday i did stairs right after school but i did do a warmup, and my legs were dead on probably the 3rd one I dont think being a lil dehydrated and maybe not warming up enough would make me fatigued THAT much faster would it??Might have been dehydration, or maybe you never strechted properly if any at all. Maybe you did more physical activity then you normally do the days prior, or maybe you tried to go faster.

last week i did stadium stairs, 8 times, once you go across is 1, and when you come back that makes 2
the thing is, last week i got through it pretty easy, my legs felt great and i didnt feel the lactic acid building in my legs
now i did the exact same thing yesterday and i nearly died, I usually take two steps up, but i had to do 1 step because i just could pump my legs anymore,
i could barely walk
any explanations
