Yelena is hellish hard to me. I have zero skin resistance upgrades, max cloaking and high hacking rating. Boss fights are so immersion breaker in this game, I'm a ghost hacker, then I have to fight people in a closed quarters arena :P

@metaltorn Yeah, believing A in all classes in high school will make you a sucess in adult life is a REAL good start :) Anyway, have fun, I'm not your parent (and the world needs someone to wash cars too).

@metaltorn Not really, but I really with I was a better student and read more outside of class in my first college time. I'm much more dedicated now. Just giving you a reality check. Being averse to reading doesn't make you cool, it makes you poor. Chicks don't dig poor guys.

@Metaltorn i went to this link to see videos not to read, i do enough of that in college. what do you do sit on your @$$ in front of the computer for days on end? and yeah i already knew this game is still in production. Lol, with that mentality you're in for a wild ride in adulthood. Market cashier is best case scenario.

@Evtutchenk0 The fact is, the games industry is not exactly unexistant here, but it only hires programmers and system analists. Like most cheap labor countries (I have to be realistic), transnational companies only use brazilian workers to do the hard work, in the case of games, programming and coding. Other than that, they (and only the big ones) only keep small PR teams here, and sometimes a few people to deal with imports, logistics, etc. I am, on the other hand, a marketing professional, now taking law classes. I could only work on the gaming industry if the administrative decisions where made here, not on the heardquarters (usually in the US or Europe). If I'm lucky enought, maybe I could be hired by Blizzard to deal with taxes when I'm a lawyer... but then I'd not really be working with games close enought so it matters, right? :)

Great article, really interesting. Reminds not only programmers are needed to make games. Made me wish I lived in the US (or that brazilian game industry existed) so I could work in games.

@Tharkun89 That's called "cheap azz port" The hardware IS better, but the fact that most games are made for Xbox then ported doesn't really help. I frankly don't care. I have a PS3, but usually just play stuff on my PC. 1680x1050 with all max USUALLY looks better than consoles.

Hey, very nice article! I think about scripted versus sandbox (etc) a lot of times when I become frustrated with games. Being a RPG fan, more often than not I feel like I'd like to merge many games I love into one percet game, but I fail to imagine how could that be done. I guess devs are also thinking what I'm thinking, so it's at least a hope - if they succeed, they'll create RPGs I'll love to play.

@SniperJackson YEah, but give them time, this time they could not review it on the xbox and port it to PC :) (I kid, GS staff, don't eat my organs, please. I know you didn't get a review copy one week before, etc. But I kinda prefer it that way, I prefer a review of the PC version than a port with slight adjustments and no video review at all).
