That is there loss. Obviously if a console doesn't sell enough then games won't continue to be made in the long run, but the 360 has made up ground from the original xbox, so it has a few years left in it yet.I already have about 10 games which i think are really good games, some which are great games. Judging by the potential of some of the games to come i could have 20/30, good or great games over the next year or two. Even if the consoles fades out in a year or two which i don't think it will, that is still enough games to justify owning it, for me personally. If somebody doesn't get one then they are missing out in my opinion.

For myself, I don't have a 360 - but that's because the games for that system, for the most part, don't interest me. I'm not into FPS's and racing sims, and even though the 360 has other genres covered, those two areas are the ones the 360 is known for most (mostly because of all the Halo hype). Perhaps if Rare get's there *insert bad word* in gear I'll reconsider (because they are a developer who's games I've ALWAYS loved) - at the moment though, they look like a shell of their former selves and so, I continue to sit on the sidelines...
