having completed every single game from ff1 to ff13 and many, many spinofs one thing is for certain, Square can make a good Final Fantasy game if they want but people have to bear in mind that creating a game like with the same aspects that the games from 1-10 had they would have to work for many years on the product. I personaly hate that they went from the turn based system yet Final Fantasy 12 was far from bad in terms of gameplay, as a matter a fact it might be the most complicated and most rewarding experience for those of us that appreciate amazing gameplay over the fact that almost every character sucks when it comes to personality

isen't most shooters 18+ ? i mean the esrb rating is there for a reason. 13 year olds are not supposed to be allowed to play games with an M rating... that alone is actually the same thing for all 18 + games, parents shoulden't allow them to have those games if they think that their children aren't adult enough in the head to play them. to make it short: most gun-oriented games are not for the younger audiences. Parents just needs to see what age is placed on the freaking cover to tell that a 12 year old shouldn't play games like Call Of Duty.

I wish more games would have high rendered cgi cut scenes like Square Enix or Blizzard. back in the day when me and my pals played Final Fantasy 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12 getting to a cutscene gave us chills and a cinematic reward. Of course these are not the only examples. In Warcraft 3 whenever you completed all the missions for the different races you would get this awesome movie like cut-scene.

I can't wait for mods that involve long quest lines with new NPC, areas and voiceover.

I remember a time when "milking" a product on console games wasn't possible. A time when the end product was the final end product. A time when producers couldn't sell half a game for full price and then give out small packages they now call "DLC" to get even more money. I remember a time when EA didn't make me say "Oh no,are those guys behind this?" I remember a time when expansion packs or limited edition meant that you got the game in a metal cover and not some lame plastic. when you got the preview for the next game that no one else could get their hands on unless they bought the same edition you had.

the main problem with this game was it lack of content. it gave me little compared to dragon age origin. The game is not bad but it should have been better than the last game in some fundamental ways. there should have been no re usage of dungeons to this extent nor should there have been so few different armor types for your comrades. what i'm saying is that this game should have been huge. given you 60-80 hour of solid gameplay making you use even more of your time to explore this magical fantasy world. when i played dragon age 2 i didn't have any problem with style, art, combat or characters but i hated that the game was divided into 3 acts and that you skipped so many years which could have been used for gameplay and more story. i believe that they should have used 5 years like the last game, at least 3. With origins they used 5 years and gave us a lot. now they used 1,5 years and they managed to be cheap by reusing way to much of their already made environmental aspects like high town or that elven mountain. This is what made dragon age 2 a lesser game than origin for me.
