Well as for the slow downloading time go to your router settings on your computer and try changing your wireless router channel to 1 or 11, I changed mine to 11 and things started downloading a lot faster.

Check your tvs settings it might be that. For example my tv as like 3 picture modes, full, zoom, and wide zoom, if your tv is set to zoom then that might be the problem.

Well I was screwing around with its settings yesterday and actually got it to work much better. I completely reset it, renabled the UPnP, enabled some ports, and then changed the wireless channel to 11 and its works much faster now. Perhaps I won't be getting a new one now if this keeps working good.

Ok so I have the wireless router in the topic title thing, and I would like to know how well it works for other people that have it. For me it doesn't work too well, I mean at times stuff on my ps3 downloads really fast and its great other times it takes forever. How about you other people? Also my router just randomly at times disconnects me from the internet there for losing the online game I was playing on the ps3. I usually have to take out the power wire to make to make it work again. Does this happen to you other people with this router? Also it usually makes my UPnP unavailable, making the online either not work, or if im trying to download something much slower. I plan on gettin a new netgear router but I wanted to know if other poeple experience these problems too just to make sure its not my ps3's fault.

Oh well atleast its not just me then, I've had it happen to me about 5 times and one of the times I had just gotten an awesome kill (I was in calypso Casino and was defending the package in attack and Defend and I was chasing the guy carrying the package, and when we got to the escalator part, I threw a grenade but sent it a bit high but luckily it hit the top part of the door bounced back and exploded right in front of the guy...and then I got sent to the xmb before I got a chance to celebrate...) anyway I hope they fix that in the patch they are working on now. Thanks for your help guys.

Hey there peoples, I was hoping maybe one of you could help me with his slight problem I'm having with R6V. For some reason when I'm online and in a match my rainbow six game just shuts down and I get sent back to the xmb, not even just the main menu for R6V but to the xmb and I don't know whats causing this. I wouldn't really mind but it is kinda annoying and it makes it harder to go up ranks cause I don't get experience for those matches. When I check my network status the only thing thats unavailable is the UPnP but still I don't think that would get me sent back to the xmb. Is it the games fault, the PS3's fault or what? Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks to anyone that helps.
