Well I recently bought Kerbal Space Program on Steam sale for $15 and I have to say it's one of the most addicting games I've ever played (and it's only in Alpha!) I believe there's a demo on Steam if any one who hasn't played it wants to try it out.

If you've never heard of it before, basically what you do is build spaceships, rovers, space stations, etc. and travel all over the universe. When you build an object, you launch it from the planet Kerbin. Kerbin is extremely similar to the Earth and has a moon orbiting it called (none other than) "Mun." There are also other planets you can land on and there's no limit to what you can create. If you want to launch a missle with a seat on it and crash your little alien into Kerbin's soil, you can. Or you can challenge yourself by trying to land on the Mun or any of the other planets. After about 20 hours of gameplay in just a few sittings, I've only landed on the Mun once :P. However, every time you launch your own creation and break through the atmosphere, you instantly want to do whatever you can to keep the ship in space for as long as you can. The replayability is extremely high and there's even a cockpit view to look at the mission from the terrified little space men that are almost destined to be sacrificed :P.

The game right now has around 5 small missions, a sandbox mode, and a career mode is on the way. I hope you enjoy it as much as I am and there are plenty of youtube videos on how to make a successful trip. Also, I believe the game's standard price is $20 on Steam if you were considering a purchase.

PS - The game does have many graphic/video setting under the options in case you're not sure if your PC can run it. I run it fine on a laptop so average PC's should be able to run it without any trouble.

Apparently there's a new Rainbow Six coming out! There's barely anything on it yet, but it's rumored that it will focus on more stealthy and "traditional" gameplay. Also, it will be more cinematic and story driven. It will take place in NYC and will have a new interface. It is said to be less about guns and more about strategic decisions. Another thing is that it will have multiple endings (replay value!). Here are some "leaked screenshots" (Note: Ubisoft hasn't commented on anything yet, but I feel this rumor is actually true)

So it's been a busy week, but the good news is I got a car and got an 86 on an Algebra quiz :). Things seem to be getting better and better :D! 2 more weeks of school left and then I'm done until Sept. when I start my last year of high school :). Well...wow, it's been about 4 months now and a lot has happened. I got my driver's license, been doing nothing really in school, listening to music, playing some games, and talking to my amazing girlfriend Mariah who lives pretty far away, but things are going great despite the long-distance. So things have been looking up :D!!! I hope to keep bloging and coming back on here, I've missed everyone on here. I've been wanting to get back on here every day but never got around to it. Also school is ending in 4 weeks (counting this week = June 17th is the last day) so I'll be on even more! I'm dealing with a 75 in algebra 2 which is pretty bad news, but I'll try and get it back up to around an 80 with the next quizzes and test.

Ok, hope you like them! (By the way, the singers are Chad = Nickleback and Bruce = Iron Maiden). Anyways Dead Space 2 comes out TOMORROW!!!!! Two years of dreadfully waiting will pay off tomorrow at 3 when I get home! I'll let you guys know how it goes in a few days!

Well even though I'm no big Halo fan, I have to say Reach is addicting (and is really an awesome game). I can't stop trying to level up day in and day out! I love playing team SWAT :D! (If you ever want to play with/against me I'll play :D! Gamertag: Steve Esquire) I would post a pic of my character but Bungie hasn't updated it yet, so that will wait for a little bit :D

Next month is going to be a big month! Birthday, drivers test, new semester (new cl@sses because of block schedueling), and more! Hopefully it's a good month for all of us :D! That's all for now though :) (note, I'm not really scarred and deformed ;) )

First off, I would like to say thanks for a great year! I hope you all had a great christmas and in about two hours it's gonna be 2011! Time for me to get the date wrong on all of my papers :!

So anyways I got two games: Goldeneye (which is absolutely awesome) and NFS: Hot Pursuit (really good too, but I haven't played it as much). I also got a nice drawing pad for the computer and an iPod dock thingy. I got a lot of other stuff but I'm gonna keep this short :D.

Also, only 26 days till Dead Space 2!!! The demo was so awesome!! (if you keep stomping, you can hear Isaac say the F-word...a lot!!) I jumped 3 times, I can't wait to play the full game!!! Here is a cool concept picture I found:

So anyways it's time for some music!! So I got the new Distubed CD (Asylum) and all I can say is that it is nothing short of perfection. I have to say that it's their best CD so far :) I got it Tuesday and all of the plays added up together is already up to 62!!! (and I only listened to it on Wednesday and today!) I love all of the songs, but one always sticks out, and that's going to be the Song of the Year!!!

Well after getting through about 5 projects this week for school (about to start another one after this blog) all I can say is that last week was busy...and sucked. I did get a 100 on one of them though! (I burnt a CD for English 3 and it came out great! I even used that Programmed song!!!! Well the trailers for Mass Effect 3 and Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim are out and I have to say both look AMAZING! All we have to do is wait an entire year (not including delays) and we get to play them! Unfortunately there was no gameplay in either of them but hopefully there will be some soon! I really want some Skyrim gameplay because it's said that it will (FINALLY!) have a new engine. I got this game off Steam and I'm pretty happy I got it :), it's called Day of Defeat: Source. It was on sale too! It was $10 and I got it for $2.50! It's cool except that you die in about 1 shot, you have to wait around 10 seconds to respawn, and the guns have extreme kickback. Also the servers are kinda badly set up, but as long as you choose one on the top it's good. Overall it's fun and cool, but it's extremely hard and can be frustrating when someone kills you can you can barely manage to fire a gun XD! But it was definitely worth $2.50 :) .
