I'm ALIVE!!!!!

Ahhhhhh! I havn't been here in forever it seems....... First my internet is down, then I finally get my 360 back from repair center and can play Halo 3 :D Then I got hooked on morrowind, and its editor....then I find I can fight elder dragons online on MHF2 with my brother and Worvess, and that spent quite a bit of time PWNing them, which led to me killing 2 of everything, which got me the shen gaoren defend town quest, which I soundly beat, and got 2 rajang quest. Thats where I am stuck as of this moment..... I have been off for most of october, as a result of a heavy focus on games whenever I'm not in school or otherwise...

Game Dilemma

This summer I got a job working for farmers to make some spending cash. I have reserved a copy of Halo3 legendary edition back in june. Summer is over, and so is my job. Now Monster hunter Freedom 2 is out, and Lair is coming out on the 4th. Problem: I have squandered all of what I made this summer (on more video games) and I am down to having just over $60 left. Obviously I wasted money reserving a $125 Halo 3 game which I don't have now. I've watched lair in development for over a year. I love monster hunter, but if I buy Lair, I can't buy MHF2! The wracking of the Brain!!

Monster Hunter is getting people hooked here.

I got Monster Hunter Freedom for christmas, and it's still one of the best games ever.  I hear it's many times more fun to play multiplayer, but unfortunately, nobody in the area has even heard of it, much less bought it.  But I played on, and I still havn't gotten tired of it, even though I've played for 280+ hours.  But in the school environment, people slowly started taking interest, often standing and watching me play, and asking things like, "why is that cat cooking you a gourmet meal?" only to have me proudly say, " Because they CAN!"  Eventually, some people were wanting to try it.  I let my friend play and he was hooked.  He can't get enough of it. More people watch even to this day, although they can't play because All the files are used up.  Even now I keep hearing from my friend (whom goes my the screen name Worvess on gamespot.) And his declarations of killing this wyvern or that he'll get his own PSP and MHF someday.  I hope one day more people will be hooked and I can go hunting in a group one day.  For now, I play during the times Worvess doesn't have it, and eagerly await newer monster hunter games coming soon.

SMonster Hunter Freedom RULES!!!!

Man is MHF awesome!!  I got it this christmas and from the start, I was hooked! As of the time of this writing, I've played 150+ hrs. on it.  For anyone reading this, I would HIGHLY reccomend this game.  I wanna see if they ever get MH3 out, because I would buy it the moment it's released! Finally, I notice theres a MH union here so I gotta join it.  The only downside is that I dont know anyone who plays it around my area, and I dont know what the hell an Xlink is. (Or where I can get one)  Someone let me know soon!

Why Don't they Collaborate? (at least sometimes)

Has anyone wondered what it would be like to reach all gaming audiences from popular series.  My point is: Imagine what it would be like to have Mario, Master Chief, and Jak and Daxter, and all kinds of popular series, (the list of game characters is practically inexhaustible) in a game not unlike the Smash Brothers series.  (picture Ratchet and Clank hitting Mario in the face with his wrench, while Master Chief shoots a rocket at them both and you pretty much have what I mean.)  I know they wouldn't all collaborate like that, but really, could you see it on all three next-gen systems? (or current-gen even?)  feel free to respond, I wanna know what you guys think.      :  )
