It's a big difference for sure.

Very slim, and very light, it's definitely noticable.

Ghosting is mostly gone, the D-Pad feels much nicer and so do the buttons. The D-Pad specifically is much improved, feels like a PS3 pad.

Is it really that good? I haven't played or got it yet, due to problems with my vid cable. Getting a new one soon, along with BioShock, and the hype around this is amazing so far .. So I don't think I'll be disappointed .. but is it overrated? I thought Gears of War was a highly overrated game.
