we are talking consoles i think Unreal engine = old Yet somehow gears 2 is not far off now imagine 4 years dev time for gears 3 it would be graphics king in an instant. Well killzone 2 itself was not in development for 4 years, a lot of the time was building an engine, which is harder than making the game, and the game can only go as far as the engine, as for Unreal engine its decent, but its no cryengine 2

That's what Sony wanted with the current Cell.... so yeah I stand by what I said. but it failed and sony went crying to nvidia for help. lol thats anohterway to look at it.
The pic on the right looks like it's being played in 480p, but the quality of the actual graphics basically looks the same. Fail. RE5 looks superb and has the best character models this gen, easily.
