People need to stop playing the innovation card to downplay a game. All shooters are carbon copies of Wolfenstein, and all RPG's are rip offs from DnD, if you put it that way. So no, Uncharted 2 brings nothing new to the table, but it's still an awesome game. I'm playing through it the second time and it still feels like it's my first.

Hanass

You do know the Wolfenstein was a FPS and Uncharted is a TPS. So, yeah, they have so much in common. I mean, they both uses guns, so Uncharted must be a carbon copy.;)

I said that? Fail troll is fail.

Actually, I'm not a troll. I seriously thought you were saying Uncharted was a carbon copy of Wolfenstein. My bad.

Mostly, it doesn't introduce anything vastly new when looking at other games, but it takes the best of a lot of games and genres and puts them together into an incredible experience. The only thing it really revolutionized was the cinimatic experience of games. It is nontheless, an amazing game and if you own a PS3, it is need to buy game.

Yesterday I had the displeasure of playing Modern Warfare 2 on a friend's new PS3 We were excited to see how good it would look on his 37'' 1080p, but I have to say that the game looked absolutely terrible. The textures were all muddy and looked low res. He asked me what I thought, and I had to tell him that it looked like playing an older PC game on medium settings. It was really bland. Quite terrible. I am obviously spoiled by superior PC graphics, but this was just bad. I guess there's only so much you can do with 256MB vram.

Congrats. The PC version still doesn't have dedicated servers. Get over it.

Either

1. Your trolling, which wouldn't surprise me

2. You buy from unreliable sources, your own fault

3. You get angry when noobs beat you onlineand throw your consoles off your roof

OR

4. You have the worst luck of anyone in the world and, becasue of this, have already diedin somerandomcar accident by the time I post this message

Personally, the fourth sounds fun to me.

Well sony just annoucned new episodic content for Heavy Rain. A game, which isn't even out yet. The first episode is free to people who pre-order from certain places but they are each $4.99.
As someone pointed out in the comments, this "DLC" is already on the disc, your just paying to unlock it AFTER buying the game.
Geeee, thanks Sony and Heavy Rain's publisher for being so kind.

Funconsole

Halo ODSThad gamers pay for content they already had, so, yeah, keep on saying that.

so does that mean if you cant access the internet, you can't ever purchase from shops in game?? if this is true..its such a stupid idea.

hot114

lol no its entirely singleplayer But "shops" have made room for simple interfaces with zero NPC interaction - wich for me atleast is a huge negative in immersion factor so save points accept mastercard now? and my weapons mysteriously materialise as soon as i make a purchase?

You do realize that FF is a world with monsters and strange technology. Not defending SE, cause I haven't played the game, but materialising weapons might be possible in their world. Its called suspension of disbelief and if you took an english course in high school, you would know this.

Zelda: TP was a flop? Last time I checked it was the best Zelda to date. And don't go spurting how OoT or ALttPwas best. I loveOoT and have played it at least 5 times, but everything seems more magical when your 8.
