Bungie has only produced 3 main Halo games, and 1 expansion. The reason for the fact that an RTS Halo was released was because the Halo universe is so huge, that it can transform into other genres and other sort of media.

Nintendo has produced so many Mario games not because Mario is a huge 'world', or something, but because they can't think of anything else, lacking any sort of imagination that could ever be there.

That's why the majority of Mario games tend to suck big time, while all Bungie-produced Halo games have received AAA-status and been million-selling games.

Not really. Basically, every Nintendo game (almost) has been Mario games or about Mario, because they lack imagination.

There are no new IPs from Nintendo recently to start a franchise, because all they think is Mario and Zelda.

And overrated. People call Mario one of the best series of all time, yet can't give any good arguments for their claims.
