Pointless. There isn't much else to say, they are pretty pointless. I for one have never really enjoyed parties, I've always seen them as a waste of money with which I could put to a much better use. And you never feel older after a birthday. Everyone says 16 is amazing, you get to drive, it isn't you can't get your license until 16 and 3 months at least in VA and driving really isn't that great. 18, cigarettes and other things >_>, I've never been in the least bit interested in cigarettes and don't want to get involved in the other things that become legal at 18. 21, (haven't reached it yet but still) you can drink. Most people start drinking and getting drunk much younger. I personally have never had an alcoholic drink, they have never smelled good so why would they taste any better? As for getting drunk, why the heck would you want to embarrass yourself acting like a complete moron? I can't wait to get away from the idiots at school that go to parties, get wasted, occasionally get busted by the cops and brag about it.
