Great score but I must admit it saddens me that MGSIV is still the only AAAAE for PS3 I would have much rather this be the game.

I found both to be dissapointing. I guess I would give the nod to O.D.S.T as far as single player campaign. HALO3 was a super letdown and frankly I have not really liked HALO much after the first one. I buy every single one just out of some strange loyalty to the franchise or because I am hoping they will match HALO 1 at some point.........it never does. The multiplayer is a whole other thing and has nothing to do with this rant, I like HALO 2 & 3 multiplayer.

I don't think poor when I think Wii. I actually think purely casual gaming with mass appeal. I think Mothers and Daughters and Grandmothers playing a videogame system for what may be the first time ever. I think finally the barrier has been brought down between generations and technology. The system is not threatning and actually a good deal of fun. I personally have enjoyed more than a few drunken nights with friends on Wii Bowling. I am by no means a fan of the system but I do think it has found its niche and fills it quite nicely.

The game isn't even that hard, it just requires a crapload of trial and error and theres way too many cheap traps scattered throughout each area.

My worst fear about this game is exactly what you are describing.

The politically correct enviroment that has been created here in the states is a very dangerous precedence.

I don't plan on getting either but Demon's Souls looks more interesting to me. I just know with Demon's Souls my temper would get the best of me with the trial and error gameplay.

[QUOTE="PS_Trizzle"][QUOTE="Animal-Mother"] Lulz what? So some us like challenge's in our hobbies wiht "no fiscal returns"Jandurin
It means I will not make any money from it. I will also gain nothing in my real life from it as well so it has no value either way to me. I am giving my opinion, you do not have to agree or even like it but it will still remain the same. I enjoy competition like when I am online in a game like COD4 and my friends and I are winning a round or even when we are losing. I just know for myself to knowingly purchase a game so difficult that reviewers are giving warnings before reviews it is not for me. I do not like trial and error gameplay I never have.

you could have said that without sounding condescending. you don't know us any more than we know you

I apologise. I really did not mean it to sound that way honestly. The person who quoted me did however start his reply by laughing at me so please do not leave that fact out.

[QUOTE="PS_Trizzle"]My job is a real challenge, Life is a real challenge, keeping a healthy and happy marriage is a real challenge. The very last thing I want in a hobby that has no fiscal return is a real challenge. I come home and when I actually have time to play a game I just want to relax and enjoy myself not add to my frustration. I think this game will be great for people who have no REAL challenges in their actual lives. I will just wait for Uncharted 2.Animal-Mother

I am buying this game if it gets a 2.0 or a 10.0. I will admit if it gets a 1.5 I am not buying it, that would be crazy.
