I figured out how to make pics that have GIF's in them in GIMP, here is my attempt.

For the #3 spot I chose Chidori/Lightning Blade.

Chidori:
Description and Effect:
This jutsu channels a large amount of lightning-chakra to the user's hand. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal to humans. This technique iscla$$ified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
Drawbacks:
This jutsu has a major drawback, however. The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user. Though this drawback would seem to make learning the technique fairly pointless, Sasuke and Kakashi are able to avoid the drawback because of their Sharingan eyes, which take in every detail regardless of how fast the user is moving. As an additional drawback, the large amount of chakra required limits its use to a few times a day. In Part I Sasuke can only use it twice a day (under his own power) and Kakashi can use it four times, though their limits have been shown to have increased to an unspecified level in Part II. Should the user attempt to go beyond their limit, all of their chakra will be drained and their very life force could go along with it, killing them.An additional problem, though not necessarily a debilitating one, is the fact that the large amount of chakra can also injure the user's hand if they put too much force into the attack. Sasuke does this while battling his brother, Itachi Uchiha, causing some of the skin to peel from his hand and leaving it slightly smoldering after the attack was finished.

Lightning Blade:
The Lightning Blade is an enhanced form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks, but more concentrated. It is also said that Kakashi cut a lightning bolt in half with this technique. The first time he used it and the legend of him splitting said lightning bolt are speculated to be the origin of its name.
Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Blade requires more chakra and better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, the Lightning Blade is more focused and blue. Like the Chidori, Kakashi can use the technique four times a day, which is an incredible feat, considering the intensity and chakra requirements.He has increased his maximum amounts of uses in Part II as he uses the Lightning Blade six times and is still conscious. As seen when Orochimaru was talking to Kakashi after he used the Evil Sealing Method on Sasuke, he can apparently form the Lightning Blade at will without any hand seals. This was also seen after Naruto's first attempt to use the Rasenshuriken on Kakazu, Kakashi was able to form his Lightning Blade in a second with no hand seals.
Somewhere in the time-skip, Kakashi developed the ability to cast the technique on both of his hands, which has only been seen while fighting the Akatsuki member Kakuzu. In addition to learning different uses for Lighting Blade, Kakashi has been able to create a new jutsu. Although its name is still unknown, the technique can be fired from Kakashi's hand in a form of a dog, using Lightning Blade as a base. Even though Pain repelled the attack flawlessly, the technique was used in conjunction with long range and swiftness, making it a very seemingly powerful jutsu.
Kakashi can also use this jutsu as a strong defense, as used to repel the lightning jutsu launched by Kakuzu's Lion Mask directed to Shikamaru and Choji.

ok, so for #4 I went with the Mangekyou Sharingan used by Sasuke Uchiha, Madara Uchiha, Kakashi Hatake, and Itachi Uchiha.

The Mangekyou Sharingan is a heightened form of Sharingan. The Mangekyo Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan through its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. The appearance differs from user to user; Kakashi's and Itachi's both resemble pinwheels, Madara's and his brother's more look like more detailed forms of the basic three-tomoe Sharingan, and Sasuke's looks like a star. Those who have the potential to obtain it must make a great sacrifice in order to obtain it - according to Itachi, they must kill their closest friend. Itachi, Madara, and Izuna apparently do this to obtain the original version, but this is apparently not the only way to unlock it, as Kakashi has noted that everyone he cared about had died long before the start of the series, so how he developed his own variant is unknown. And even though Sasuke didn't kill Itachi, the trauma of losing Itachi (someone close to him) allowed him to unlock his own version. This means that the real way to unlock the Mangekyo Sharingan would be to lose someone close to you, but since Kakashi noted everyone close to him to be dead, it's still unknown how he unlocked his Mangekyo Sharingan. Also, the Mangekyo Sharingan techniques can be transferred to another Sharingan user, as in the case with Sasuke, who was implanted with all of Itachi's eye techniques. The major drawback of the Mangekyo Sharingan is that it slowly begins to destroy the user's eyesight until they become completely blind and permanently lose their Sharingan. The only way to keep your eyesight is to steal the eyes of a sibling, combining the two Sharingan to create the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan , which prevents blindness and deprivation of the Sharingan.

In the long history of the Uchiha clan, only a few have been able to obtain the Mangekyo Sharingan-- Madara and Izuna Uchiha being the first. At present, there are three people alive who can use the Mangekyo Sharingan: Kakashi, Madara, and Sasuke.

The Mangekyo Sharingan gives a user access to the most powerful and forbidden techniques of the Uchiha Clan. Itachi has demonstrated through his Mangekyo Sharingan mastery over Amaterasu, Susanoo, and Tsukuyomi. Kakashi has used his Mangekyo Sharingan to perform Kamui. Sasuke's Mangeyko Sharingan hasn't displayed any unique abilities aside from Amaterasu. It is implied that with enough training, one can master all of the Mangekyo techniques as Madara did.

hello everyone, I am blogging to let everyone know that I have decided to drop a few unions from my list. Nothing major, I kept all of my officer and leader unions, but I did resign from a couple recruit unions because I either never did anything in that union or I wasn't interested in doing anything in that union. I had also gotten rid of some unions because I had too many, and I was getting overwelmed. So, if I angered anyone by leaving their union, I am sorry.

For number five, I chose Rinnegan used by Pain.

The Rinnegan is the most revered and powerful of all the three great eye techniques. The Rinnegan is characterized by a number of concentric circles around the pupil of the user. It has recently been revealed that in addition to allowing an individual to quickly master various jutsu, the user may also use all forms of nature manipulation. Like the Sharingan and Byakugan do, the Rinnegan also allows the user to sense chakra, including an otherwise hidden barrier. It was first possessed by the Sage of the Six Paths , said to be the founder of the ninja world and the creator of the first ninjutsu. Currently, the eyes are possessed by Pain. According to Ibiki Morino, if the Rinnegan eyes really exist the user can utilize any type of jutsu.

Pain uses the Rinnegan in his fight with Jiraiya, summoning a total of six bodies that all possessed the Rinnegan. It has also been shown during Pain's invasion of Konoha that these bodies are all those of dead shinobi which Pain controls via the metal chakra receivers that are seen protruding from the faces of all the bodies he controls. Each of these bodies has total mastery over one ninja art, such as the summoning technique, Mind Reading, or body modification. An ability gained by using the Rinnegan is that all the bodies can see each individual body's field of vision. Because of this advantage, one must be blinded in order for a blind spot to be opened. Pain also managed to summon numerous animals each possessing the Rinnegan and presumably sharing their sight.

For the 6th jutsu, I chose Ninja Art: Mitotic regeneration. Over time Tsunade concentrates chakra to a spot on her forehead that takes the form of a diamond. When she releases the seal, the chakra disperses and stimulates the proteins of her body to increase the speed of cell division and reconstruction of cells for as long as she has enough chakra. This allows her to recreate all organs and tissues. The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division. Unfortunately, a body's cells can only split a certain number of times in a lifetime. By speeding up this process Tsunade is shortening her life. She may not die in battle by using this jutsu, but she can die by speeding up her natural lifespan. This can also be used with Katsuyu 's Slug Great Division to heal a large number of people, though this requires a special seal and extra users. ok, so for the #7 justu, I went with Dust Wind Technique, or the Sandstrom Jutsu used my Temari. The Dust Wind Technique is a jutsu where Temari blows a wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. This technique may also behave like a sandblaster on wood causing the surface of trees to become like saw dust. The technique is used to destroy an opponent's footing in areas requiring solid agility like the forests around Konohagakure. Furthermore, not only can it be used for blowing away the opponent but it also could be used for blinding the opponent temporarily with the sand in their eyes. Thanks for reading, please comment
