My personal opinon would be that they would train, trying to reach a level of power where they could maintain their hollow forms with no effort at all. Similar to DBZ when goku and gohan were super saiyans without any strain on their body. Once they accomplish this, I think they would possibly go after the soul society to get revenge for being kicked out for unjust reasons, even though later everyone knew it was Aizen's fault. Either that, or possibly they would reconcile with the seireitei and become their allies, but still keep their own seperate world to rule, seeing as it is still looked down upon to be a cross-bread. That's just what I think
