Ok, so we had recently done a leadership transfer because the last leader, psycho_brownie, was banned. Also, we had an issue with the fact he was in the middle of getting new officers, so he had no officers when he got banned, so we had to have a recruit become the leader. Well we had gotten the message saying the leadership transfered to me, but it still says I am a recruit in the admin part of the union, so I can't demote, promote, or send telegrams. However, it does say I am the leader when I post in the unions forums, so I am a bit confused as to what's going on here. Here is the link to the union

Alright, so I was bored and I was listening to Skillet, so I decided to try my hand at making a sig with them. Now, I tried to make the background pop more and I tried to give it some foreground effects, but I think I could have put more foreground stuff in, but that's just me. Also, Duder had suggested in another union that I used c4d's again, but not like I used to by piling them on top of each other, so I used 1 for the main background, and 1 for the flares on the sides :) Let me know what you think

Ok, so I spent a lot of time on this, the background is entirely smudge based, the only c4d is one to give just a bit of flow. Also, I worked very hard on the lighting on this banner, so please let me know how I did on that :) and yes, this was a PS product
