I say frieza because even though goten can go super saiyan, he probably still isn't as strong as when goku fought frieza, making frieza stronger if he went into his 100% final form :D
yeah me too, if it says invited to I usually won't join unless it's a union I will definately be active in, but if it says charter I read it carefully, and almost always accept it so the person can form their union, then decide if I want to stay once it forms all the way
