i hope there is a sucessor so people will stop complaining about how nintendo is going loss so much money as xbox and ps3 are the best consoles ever. Its time nintendo took its place back on top and showed microsoft and sony who it boss of the gaming worldpepsisafcUh... they sort of already did. Nintendo haters just don't want to admit it.

I'm guessing Nintendo will announce the successor this E3... but we won't see it released until Fall or Winter of 2012. Nintendo still has a few games left to push out on the wii, like Skyward Sword and the new Kirby... hopefully we'll see that they have what it takes to make the Wii go out with a bang this E3. (I'm hoping for Starfox.)
I love this idea. Basically making every Nintendo game have trophy figurines like in Super Smash Bros., but being able to access them through one system (or two, handheld and console).Acheivements would be nice...but I would like them to be called Figurines (or how ever it is spelt). Once you get that figurine you will be able to view the figurine (how it looks and all) and maybe orginize them some how. Sorta like the trophies you get in SSB:M and SSB:B.
From what I heard,
and Auto resolution adjesting for when playing DS games would be nice.

I haven't seen any new stuff on it either, the most recent thing I've seen is this trailer.
I'm really hoping it will release here in the U.S.
Probably the length of the DS's lifespan, around 6 years or so. Though I do think there will be different iterations throughout like with the DS... Nintendo has stated that they have no plans to make a redesign at the moment, but it's inevitable, I'd say at the most, we'll see a new iteration of the 3DS within 3 years.
I think it's the timing. The 3DS hasn't sold out like the Wii because the launch is in Spring rather than a Holiday release, so people aren't rushing to buy it. It still has quite an impressive start though with double the amount of Wii pre-orders.
