Pfft. 360 will enjoy Halo and PS3 will enjoy the other ones.In sales, Halo 3 will cut in pieces, eat and regurgitate these two titles you mention.
Halo 3 mainly because I want to finish the fight, and go in Xbox Live madness. IDK, Halo 3 seems better for me.
