I just bought the game and I've been enjoying it but can anyone tell me, does this game support DirectX 10?
I saw in steam that the requirements for graphics card is this:

Graphics:256 MB DirectX 10.0® compliant video card or DirectX 9.0c® compliant card with Shader Model 3.0 or higher

My PC Specs are:
Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.8 Ghz

XFX Nvidia GeForce 260 GTX

3GB OCZ DDR3 Ram

Gigabyte EX58-UD5 REV 1.0 motherboard

Realtek high definition integrated sound card

Windows 7 32-bit

Is there any config file I could edit to change some settings?
There's no vsync to enable ingame too, so I've enabled it in nvidia control panel.

Thanks.

guy was nice enough to help me out but im just getting a second opinion on here

http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Pentium-Dual-Core-Processor-3-06GHz/dp/B0034MJH78/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1289310592&sr=8-10

You should try to look for Intel's Quad Core processor series or AMD Tri or Quad core processors, dual cores are becoming old and most of the games and programs are starting to use multi cores more efficiently.

If it's any consolation I can log in however the store won't load.

This isn't a normal issue, just today when I popped on to see the weekend deal.

It's either that the servers were down or it's your ISP, one of your network services in your operating system has gone so called ''wrong'' OR you are downloading and trying to get into steam & the final thing might be your router/modem.

[QUOTE="PanDa_Gaming"]

[QUOTE="johnny27"] yeah v-sync has really bad mouse lag especially i fps games like cs:s and l4d its really bad for other games like say dmc4 not noticableMarfoo

Well in some games u can change the input delay like in crysis, idk the console command anymore tough.

But you can actually use the trick on nvidia card control panel like:

Go nvidia control panel

manage 3d settings

maximum pre-rendered frames = 0

that should reduce the input lag but idk if it's that much to make a huge difference.

Hmm, well that's a thought, but seems a bit contradictory because Vsync is reliant on pre-rendered frames.

Yeah but i've tried it and it works :P

I've never played it, but I watched the gameplays and walkthroughs till the end of the game and I would say NO.

I don't like it at all and it sucks ;)

[QUOTE="Marfoo"][QUOTE="JigglyWiggly_"] Well with I use crossfire, crossfire + vsync = a big no no, especially with triple buffering, the screen lag is so bad it's crazy.johnny27
That's true even for single card setups. It's really apparent in first person shooters. Vsync = Delayed Frames = Non instantaneous input.
