All good, but they better add that Akira Kurosawa style black and white mode like Giantbomb's Alex mentioned. Every time I hear something about this game I think how cool that would be.

Consider them Part 1 and 2 of the same game so its hard to choose (not even entirely sure which side-quests were in which) but prefer the world in 3 and quests in NV. So I guess ...NV wins overall(?) Though English dude had a more passionate argument so I'd give it to him.
