okay, so first off, this is not a thread for bashing Assassin's Creed 2. In fact, I acknowledge that the game is pretty good. It has good graphics, it has evolved the gameplay from Assassin's Creed 1, and hey, it's actually got a story that makes sense.... sort of. The biggest problem I have with the game is that it just overstays it's welcome, imo. Normally, I like games that are long, because I generally don't want them to end when they do, but I found myself checking the IGN guide to see how much of the game I had left when I had finished memory block 9, and dismayed when I found I had three more to go. Yes, the missions are varied, and yes, there is a story and you should actually care about who you are killing, but I felt the game would have been more powerful capping somewhere between 12-15 hours than 17-20. I dunno, for some reason, Assassin's Creed 2 just didn't suck me in the way it's predecessor did, and while I know that this game is BETTER than the first, I just didn't fall in love with it. Am I the only one?

Pretty much the same.

It looks great, the setting is great.

The story/character's were all pretty boring, so by the end I was playing to finish, not to enjoy.

There is bonus movie about what happened to Kronos carrying Pandora's temple after God of war 1.

He died 1000 years later, and modern day comes, with helicopters, his skeletal remains in the desert, with the words 'The temple still holds many secrets, as with all great myths, a new hero will emerge'

I think that clip was a set up for the movie which was at one time planned, or is still planned.

You should really lose the fanboy logic. Why would Valve want to to developing the more complicated system and lose profit when they can work on the easier console and make money? It's not that they can't it's the fact they want to to use the resources. You really can't ague with Valves logic especially considering their biggest fan baseis on PC and the 360.

Xbox Live was the first fully fledged online service, it set the standards on console. Just cause SONY and Nintendo release an inferior service for free, dosen't mean MS should stop charging.

None of this means anything though. Maximising profits is the SMART thing to do. YOU would do the same thing, and have probably done similar.
