I know you must be wqondering wher the super amazing WGMG blog is. Well its still in the works. Had to completly redo my wireless network, and am currently running on my sisters new Gateway labtop with Vista. 1st things first, VISTA RULES!!! 2nd and more importantly, I'll have that E3 blog up here soon. Well through my internet searching, I have found what could be one of the coolest games to come out of Japan this year (aside for obvious FF, MGS, DMc, and KH games.). For fans of the Dynasty Warriors series, or the Samurai Warriors series (I'm a fan of both), I bring you Koei's next big hit, Orochi Musou (Orochi Warriors). This game is a mix of DW and SW, featuring SW and DW characters. You make a 3 character team, composing of SW and DW characters, and have the ability to switch between them on the fly. The game has a Q3 07 release date according to Gamespot, its for the PS2, and I eagerly await any news on this game hitting US shores. Until next time, domo arigato Mr. Roboto.

May trumpets sound, as WGMG retruns to rant some more. So whats got me mad this time? Well lets find out. 1. Tony Hawk Videogames- Now hold up, I loved the original THPS games, and I loved Underground 1. However, the lastest game in the series, Project 8, just well... GRINDS MY GEARS!!! When playing this game, I felt like I was playing a hotch-posh remix of past TH games. The levels felt like they were thrown up out of TH games past, suburban neighborhood (seen it), abandoned factory (seen it), school (well what do you know, I've seen it), capitol building (oh come on), and downtown (:cry: when will the maddness stop?). Create a skater felt incredibly limited this year. The new nail-the-tick feature helps, but no much. Activision need to strip the series back to the basics before they lost their TH fanbase. This Gear Grinding mini reviewer gives THP8 a 10/10 on the Gear Grinder Scale! I'm done ranting for now. I'll be back soon though, with more Gear Grinding rants.

I'm back my friends to once again tell you the answer to that all important question. WHAT GRINDS MY GEARS! This is a special edition of WGMG, so lets get started. 1. Spike TV's VGA show- I just looked at the site for Spike Tv's annual VGA (video game award) show, and I must say I'm pretty annoyed. The sheer fact that Gears of War is on the list makes me mad. Now dont get me wrong, the game is fun as hell, but I think it shouldnt be on this years nominee list. I think it should have been held over till next years show. It just freaking came out?! The same goes for FFXII, Guitar Hero 2, and Family Guy. I dont know if other game of the year noms. like Oblivion, Okami, and GRAW can beat out the hype behing GH2 and Gears. This is just another thing that, GRINDS MY GEARS! This was a special edition because I only had 1 thing on my mind right now. I'll try to get angry again soon, and when I do, I post it here for everyone! So until next time, dont cheat fate, it always wins!

Well if you read the title to this entry, you'd know that I've had a bed week. Last Aug. my grandmother was diagnosed with terminal Lung Cancer, and started treatment to get as much time as possible. Well Sat. Aug. 18th, 2006 she left this Earthly plain, and started the week off with a bad vibe. Well Mon. we had the calling hours, and Tues. we buried her. My family has been torn up about the whole thing, and I needed to get away. So my sister and I packed up and left for Kentucky on Wed. to see our other grandparents for Thanksgiving. It was beautiful up there, and I enjoyed it greatly. I just got back from the long 6 hour trip, and decided to vent my last bit of rage. All I can ask is that you keep me and my family in your thoughts and prayers. Well now that thats out of the way, stay tuned as I will be putting up another edition of WHAT GRINDS MY GEARS!

A little late, but who cares? I picked up my copy of FFXII (collector's edition), the guide (also collector's edition), and I cant put it down. The visuals are stunning, the voices amazing, the story gripping, and the music brought a tear to my eye. However I did put it down (relucktantly), to play the other 2 games I picked up for my B-Day. I got Ratchet Deadlocked, and Mega Man ZX. So all in all, today has been pretty swell, wouldnt you agree random person reading this? So until next time, Don't Mess with the Gambler of Fate!

Its my Super Sweet 16 today, and what a day it is. I got me a 2000 Honda Accord LX, $150, and a game of my pick. I'll let you guys know what I get, but until then, FFXII releases tommorow, go get it!
