I've always believed in positive reinforcement but I don't see how it can eliminate bad behaviors. Sure kids'll grow up with nice temperaments, but they'll still do bad things. I don't think hitting or physical violence is right, it'll probably only make such behavior more likely in the kid as an adult and it could give them lifelong scars (emotionally, sometimes physically). But some negative reinforcement, as long as you're diligent, is probably a good idea.
If you're truly ugly, no amount of time doing up your hair or time spent at the gym will make you any facially prettier. I've felt ugly all my life. Eventually you just learn not to really give a monkey's bottom and you just have to accept the fact that nobody will ever treat you equally in society. Sorry mate, just the cold hard truth.
I'm sure doing certain things might take it out of the specified classification "mohawk", but as long as there is some sort of strip of hair and the rest is bald, you can get away with calling it one. It's a hairstyle, you should just do what you want.
