I don't know much about Mass Effect, but my girlfriend has Call Of Duty 4 and it's amazing, a very realistic FPS. But I guess it all depends what your preference is
I agree, the graphics on the 360 are outstanding. I got my 360 for christmas and there's a huge difference to my old xbox, which has now been sold for 360 games ;) There will always be some ugly games though, The Golden Compass for one :(
