Quake is too ****ing hard. The skill level of the average player in Quake Live blows my mind. And this is coming from a player who normally maintains a 4:1 ratio with ease in Counter-Strike.KHAndAnime

Pretty much this. I suck as well compaired to vets. Its just not a game for everyone, and its community has slowly died as time progressed due to skill celing and closed communities.

Still fun to watch, but to play? My skills (or whatever skills I had) diminished.

Good on its own merits, but clearly outclassed by other multiplayer games this year.

If you are within the time frame you should get them no problem, Download media go and log in or create an account using your email. then register the PSP go at Playstation.com or though media go and they should send you a email with one singular code in about a week.

Might seen like a dumb question....But the 3000 can DL all the same exact games the PSP GO can? Right? Or does the GO have specfic games that can only be played on it since it's newer?Xx-Addict-xX
Exact same games, anything on PSN is playable on both.

You can add more memory to the Go, so space is not a problem for the system. As far as looks go its purely subjective. I personally like the Go's sliding design better than the 3000's. But they both look and feel good. I have a 3000 and the only issue is thats it pretty long. but its much slimmer which helps.

Like ive stated if you have the money. and dont mind digital distribution. and enjoy the games on the store. I feel the Go would be a better choice.

You can fallow that link for the download, I do agree that 250 is a high price. but I have heard many say it feels like a more premium/luxury device as opposed to the other PSP's, Amazon has the pearl white for $221 which is nice. And eBay has them really cheap if you can find them. But really the price is the only thing that bothers me about the Go, not the Digital platform, in fact I love that about the Go, UMD's are a huge hassle to me. and the PSP 3000, while slim, Dosnt fit in your jeans that well, Esp if you have a logitech case with it.

It really depends on you, im a digital consumer considering i use steam alot, so the PSP Go might naturally fit my style. But the 3000 has a Bigger selection of games due to UMD disks. where as sony has not transferred all of the games on the Playstation store. TBH, the PSP Go gets too much hate imo, I think its a fine system, and with a little more support from sony and games It could be much more fleshed out and welcomed. But i do think the Go on its own is a great device.

If its your first time buying the system, I suggest downloading Media Go, looking at the game selection vs the UMD selection. then decide which you want to buy. For me all of the games i like/want are on PSN so it really dosn't bother me if I got a Go. However if you want to experience every inch of the library then I highly suggest the 3000.

The hardware is the same TBH. screen is a little smaller on the Go but not a huge deal, there is bluetooth on the Go as well. but other than that. there the same device.

For $500 I could get a Netbook with a 160GB hard drive that can possibly play half life 1.

In other words, no thank you.
