Three great companies developing MMO's, oh boy I am excited.
Baltheir from Final Fantasy XII
Arthas from WarCraft III
The Arbiter from Halo 2
I played World of WarCraft for about 2.5 years. It has an addictive quality because you strive to enhance your character through mundane actions. However, I would have to say that it is the best MMO out there at the moment. The locations are vibrant and exciting, the PvP is actually very entertaining, the user interface is easy to use and overall it is a good quality MMO. If you have played WarCraft III that is another reason to get it because there are a lot of ties between them which please the soul.
Basically, you should try World of WarCraft if:
You have a lot of time to waste.
You have friends playing it.
You want to play an MMO.
You are interested in WarCraft.
