I'm sure I am not the only one to notice the extreme lack of note-worthy games this summer, or this year for that matter. Yes we have gems like Bio-shock and Supreme Commander here and there, but I think we can all agree that this summer was very dissapointing. Most of us found ourselves trying to beat Gears for the 50th time or killing 10 year olds on counter strike for the entire summer....nothing new....nothing exciting.
Luckily, this drought is over. Halo 3 is coming out in 2 weeks, and assassin's creed soon after that. Not to mention other triple A titles like Call of Duty 4 and the like. My point is this, our time of waiting is nearly over, and the wave of gaming goodness will be splashing over our Tv's and computers for months to come. Just look at all the great titles coming to the world in the next months.

By my count, that's about 50 awesome new games to expect by the end of 08. So the question isn't "gee, which game should I get?" it is "gee, how am I going to raise 3 grand to afford all of these games?"
I'm not sure if you guys are interested in all of the games I listed, But I am absolutely stoked that for the first time in my life, I am actually overwhelemed by the amount of stuff coming out.
