Even if rape could somehow be beneficial to civil order, that wouldn't make forcing yourself sexually on another person morally right.
Yet when beneficial to civil order, blowing a man in half with a cannon is? Although the idea of rape being moral is hard to swallow and part of an very unlikley senerio it wouldnt be entirely different then moraly killing in war, this is of course assuming that lust isnt the motive.
murder is similarly never excusable. most people cannot recover from murdering another.
