New setup :)

I know I'm bragging, but I can't help it!

Here's some happy snaps of my current setup -

That's a 22" Samsung Widescreen LCD 2ms 3000:1 primay monitor, with my 19" LCD off to the right on top of my amp. The PC Case is a Suprano DX. That window overlooks Brisbane City which is a very pretty sight at night :)

The 360 and Wii are off the left to my monitor (with a small water feature thingy there) and the TV to the far left. The PS2 is now currently on that desk too (not in photo).

Elite Beat Agents review and new PC (90%) running

Another review up - Elite Beat Agents (NDS).

Not too long after my last review either (well, considering my last times).

My new (well, old) PC parts I bought second-hand are finally working.. all except sound. I'm going to grab a sound card tomorrow from U-Mart and when that's in hopefully it'll all be working. Then i'll be sitting on -

AMD 3800+ Dual Core 2.01ghz

2GB DDR400 RAM Dual Channel

Nvidia 7900GT

Gigabyte motherboard

400GB SATAII Seagate HDD

2 x 200GB PATA Seagate HDD

Sony OEM Dual Layer DVD+-RW

and whatever sound card I get.

Bioshock will be coming to me soon, so that'll be my next review :D

Review: The Darkness (XBOX 360)

Just a quick update before work to let you guys know that The Darkness review for XBOX 360 has gone up over at Space-Meat.

http://space-meat.com/2007/07/22/thedarknessreview/

Check it out, give me some comments, and I'll give you long time loving!

I'll also put it up on Gamespot soon (I prefer to keep it on the site for as long as possible before double-posting it).

Pretty sure I'm going to do a quick review on Elite Beat Agents for NDS next. Sure it's 3 months old, but I had a lot of fun and frustration playing it heaps and would like to review it!

Thanks again for reading and sticking around everyone, I'm making sure the content keeps flowing.

(also keep in mind, BioShock is not far away)

Space-Meat.com

Hey guys, it's been about 7 weeks since I've put something up here (which is irregular).

http://www.space-meat.com is rolling along very nicely, we have a Transformers competition currently up (win tickets in Australia!), as well as coverage of the world premiere that Starks attended in Sydney. A review of the film will be up tomorrow, so make sure you check it out.

Liam also recently interviewed Will Arnett (Star from Arrested Development and Blades Of Glory), and I've just started receiving promotional copies of games from 2K Games (thanks to them).

So yeah, Space-Meat is definetly taking off. My next planned review will either be the new Fantastic Four game, or The Darkness. I'm hoping I'll comfortably get around to doing both.

My new house kicks ass, and ADSL2+ is faster than the internet itself.

Thanks for reading here, my site, and the support guys.

Moved house!

Yup, I'm now residing in my nice new place on Northside Brisbane. It's an epic house, but I'm riding the dial-up now as I wait for ADSL activation. Until then I probably won't be too active around any of my usual hang outs, space-meat (obviously), GS, AG, etc.

Review: Okami (PS2)

I finally finished my Okami review. It took me waaay longer than I expected or wanted, but I like the final product.

You can read it on it's official page here , or check out where I posted it on Gamespot here .

It would also seem i've gotten this to the length I wanted, and then some.

Twa! 19!

Well that was a short-lived level 18.

So long flicky, hello Gitaroo Man.

I quite enjoyed Gitaroo Man on PS2, until I finished it about an hour later. That's really about all it took to complete that game, though it had some fun gameplay with catchy tunes, and bizarre characters. Horrible voice acting too.

There's a PSP port of the PS2 game as well.

Now i'm really in the mood for some Stronghold, for some reason. *Hunts for disc*.
