I'd buy a new one. Why pay more then half the price of your old one to get it fixed when you could buy a brand new one?

This might just be an excuse for you to get a DSi. Nintendo is speaking to you from your broken DS.

yeah true might as well just throw it out or sell it on ebay and just buy a new one.

ive had my ds for about 3 years now. one day i was playing finaly fanstasy 3 then the ds just turned off. now when i put it on the battery light comes on but both screens stay blank and you cant hear anything and you can still charge the ds.

my 360 got the red ring with in the first week. but i fixed that problem.
